Dear Sir, the query is not complete. Hence, I presumed it to be a Transit Mixer Driver or Truck/Tractor Driver. That's the reason I mentioned it as Driver/Operator (Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, Tandem Vibrator Roller, etc.) as a Building Worker and replied as above.
Furthermore, if the vehicle is being operated within the construction premises, then obviously the driver must be considered a Building Worker.
