As of now, service tax is not applicable to you. If you anticipate that your business turnover for this financial year will exceed ₹10 lakh, then you need to register and charge the same to your customers. Otherwise, there is no need to charge. According to service tax rules, if the total service turnover is less than ₹10 lakh per annum, it is exempted.
