Can someone tell me if we are required to pay any monthly fees or salary to the committee member from a third-party NGO? In the act, it is mentioned that we can pay fees for costs incurred for holding any proceedings by that member, which is fair. However, if organizations provide a monthly salary, her decisions could be biased.
