How to Create a Vibrant Environment on the Floor?
• Start implementing Fish Philosophy (FISH! Philosophy :: Home) on the floor. Train the TLs and Managers on the same.
How to Make Their Work Interesting?
• Their work will always remain the same. You can't do much about it. You can only give a better platform.
