Information on EPF and EPFO may be obtained from the website of EPFO, which is quite sufficient at the initial stage. Detailed notes can be obtained from any good book on the EPF Act; one being suggested as above by Puri and another by HL Kumar, as can be seen from any good law book seller.
Specific queries can be made, and views can be sought through these channels.
