Thank you, Deep, for that wonderful article from Harvard research. Many times in my experience, I have met several individuals who have absolutely no educational background in their chosen profession. It is extremely astonishing to encounter a technically sound GM of a company with only an 8th-grade education from the X-gen.

With this as a platform for understanding, I have taken some bold steps in an organization where experience enhances a person's skills, intelligence, wisdom, and application of creativity and knowledge for growth.

This is truly possible in manufacturing where the job is limited to fundamental skills with ease of learning. For example, spinning mills, garment units, dyeing units, etc.

People who strive to excel will always do so if they possess the will to learn and adapt.

Thanks once again; it was like a confirmation of my practice in OD consultancy.
