I need to know what we mean by minimum wages. What will be the minimum wage in Lucknow? Recently, in a post for Delhi, the minimum wage has been shown as 7722. Is this gross salary? What is the bifurcation of this 7722?

Dear Amit, this is to inform you that in July 2011, the Delhi Government revised the Minimum Wages Rates effective from April 2011. Subsequently, the Delhi Government has been revising the Dearness Allowance (DA) every six months, effective from April and October each year.
