Dear Seniors, My company has 100 employees; it is an IT-based company. For the first time in my company, I have to implement a performance appraisal process. I am having the following doubts regarding its implementation:

- How many times should the appraisal be given per year?
- In which months should we appraise salaries?
- Which method is the best: MBO, 360 Degrees, or self-appraisal?

Please provide formats as well to help me understand the process easily.
