I just want to open a packer and mover company. The initial step, like registration and choosing a location, is not a tough job. However, the major task right now is to conduct a marketing plan to develop the business. I am so confused right now. Please help me with my query.

In 1996, Michael Porter wrote a famous article titled "What is Strategy?" In this article, he clarified the concept of "Strategic Positioning." He wrote, "Strategic positioning attempts to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by preserving what is distinctive about a company. It means performing different activities from rivals or performing similar activities in different ways."
Please bear his words in mind when starting a business. Most businesses do not prosper because of a lack of strategic positioning.
