Generally Basic is 40% to 50 % of Gross HRA is 20% of basic conveyence around 1000 (depends on comp) Special allowance (adjustable) Medical allowance etc Regards Rajeev Dixit

The minimum wage is not universal; it varies according to the job type, industry, and location. It is better to refer to your respective state laws on minimum wages. What Mr. Dixit suggested is a general industry practice, and I second him.
