Excellent. Correction leads to improvement—a positive effect. Criticism leads to frustration, repulsion, and sometimes becomes a basis for revenge. All the slides are very good. Two are outstanding. One stresses the importance of focusing on the issue and not on the person. Secondly, the last slide states that the meeting should end with a PAT (Positive Action Talk) and not a kick.
