From the objectives, it is not clear why you are seeking details of respondents such as age, sex, etc. Unless you are analyzing the responses by those parameters and drawing some conclusions, they are irrelevant. Have you written up your Ph.D. synopsis and the literature review section? If so, I would like to see a copy. If you can't send me an email through CiteHR, please let me know.
