It is not just about philanthropic activities but also about bringing about change through socio-economic activities. You may write to Dr. Wayne Visser for further guidance. Would be happy to interact with companies who are looking to participate in CSR activities in and around Mumbai. We are working very closely with a non-profit organization near Mumbai and are involved in the uplifting of one of the small villages. Regular activities include free medical assistance, assisting children with school stationery items, providing free education, vocational training, organizing activities, and offering small meals/snacks to the underprivileged children of the village. All these activities are run with the help of volunteers and donations received from time to time. Organizations can come forward to participate or take up one of the activities on a quarterly/annual basis with some participation from their employees.
