Hi all,
To understand the attrition in my organization, I conducted an aptitude test with the existing advisors who are on calls. My main aim is to recruit people who could perform and stay in the organization for a longer duration. Hence, I chose all categories of advisors – new performing, new non-performing, and so on, with varying levels of tenure. However, the results that I obtained in the scattered diagram are strange. I am unable to analyze them appropriately even after adjusting the weightage for all the categories (logical, arithmetic, abstract, language, data interpretation).
If any of you have something that I can use, please help me with it.
