Please help me out regarding the monthly plan discussion. As I am going to present the monthly plan from the HR department to the manager, I have the liberty to cover all the topics and plans for the month for the HR part. How should I approach this? What topics should I include for the best presentation? Please let me know. I have a meeting tomorrow.

You can discuss current openings, hiring status, and more. Also, consider searching for some HR games and planning to have them every month. Additionally, sharing motivational articles could be beneficial.
