I am working as an HR executive in payroll management. I am interested in the payroll side, so please help me out with what type of software course I should do for this. Will it be helpful to me or not?

As HR is now a broader domain with various subdomains, please share your area of interest with us so that we can help you effectively. I will suggest first analyzing your skill sets and then deriving your interest area. For example, if you find your computer skills to be sharp and if payroll is your area of interest, then you may consider taking an SAP-HR course. Similarly, if you aim to shape your career in statutory compliance, pursuing an LLB degree may be beneficial.

I emphasize the importance of aligning your studies with your interests, as pursuing a degree that does not match your interest area could render it useless, causing both your time and effort to go to waste. Therefore, first decide which domain of HR you want to focus on for your career and then proceed with further studies.

All the best!
