Dear all, Good morning! Please read the letter from Dr.A.P.J. Abdul kalam to all Indians. Regards, Britto

Thanks for your comments... I felt the same when I lived abroad and every time I visit India. Same Indians but different attitudes in different places. Everyone must think of it first and stop praising other countries for doing good and putting down our own country for anything.

I agree with you, Mr. Britto, and have always thought about why Indians go to other countries and praise them when our India is capable of everything. The issue is that we ourselves believe that going abroad makes us rich and provides a valuable lifestyle, etc...! As mentioned in the letter, when we encounter trouble in other countries, we seek help. If we are not assisted promptly, we blame the government. However, we fail to acknowledge that it was not the government that encouraged us to go abroad to earn money, nor are we earning for the government.
To my knowledge, many scientists at NASA are of Indian origin, and well-recognized doctors with Indian roots practice in countries other than India.
We, as Indians, have a mentality that the value of education and money is higher in other countries than in India. Why don't we strive to develop these aspects here and make our India a nation that can take pride in citizens like us?
We cannot expect everything from the government; it is our duty as common individuals to nurture our potential and work towards making India the best nation.
