Dear all, I am currently undertaking my summer internship in the Kelly Services staffing domain. My project revolves around the staffing work of Kelly Services, with the main areas of focus being:

1. Understanding the clients' manpower requirements
2. Searching for suitable candidates
3. Placing the selected candidates

I am facing a dilemma in deciding on a topic for this type of outsourcing staffing project. Initially, I considered focusing on recruitment and selection, but this seems too monotonous for any company, given that the project is centered around staffing. Can you suggest some topic names that align better with the real work involved in this project?

You could try some names such as "Interview and Selection Techniques for Appropriate Staffing" or "A Study on Lead Time between Requirement Gathering and Staffing Suitable Manpower" or "Analysis of the Costing of Proper Staffing" or "Methods of Effective Sourcing of Manpower in IT/ITES (any industry)" etc.
