Hi,

Following are some of the administrative activities:

- Independently handling office correspondence
- Maintaining filing, preparing database & reports
- Maintaining attendance sheet and employee salaries
- Preparing performance appraisals of employees
- Preparing HRD reports and MIS reports
- Maintaining coordination between departments
- Establishing liaisons between staff and management
- Building and maintaining relationships between customers and staff to ensure a good and effective office environment
- Preparing and updating HRD data
- Familiarity with email and the internet
