Happy new year, what if employee does not visit ESIC office after issuing ONLINE TIC for more than 90 days. should i issue him another TIC OR should i register once again? Please Reply.

Issue Form 37 duly signed and ask the employee to produce it along with the TIC. The employee can be given only one ESIC IP No. Moreover, you should contribute only to that number. Therefore, you should not register an employee twice.
