Understanding the Benefits of the Labour Welfare Fund

Can anyone help me understand what the benefits of the Labour Welfare Fund are for employees and employers? Specifically, if an organization fulfills compliance requirements, what are the expected benefits to employees?

Hi Sir,

Thank you for the good information. How will the workers come to know about it? How will they claim it? Is there any law that states the workers should be aware of this welfare fund? In most cases, the workers are not aware.

Please provide your valuable information.

Thank you.

For employees, they can access benefits. Here in Haryana, our staff are receiving benefits. For example, for self-marriage, the Labour Welfare Fund in Haryana provides Rs. 51,000. For more details, you can also visit the website [HRD INFO - All ABOUT INFORMATION](http://www.hrdinfo.in).
