dear mr kumar ESI act is mandatory for establishments engaging 20 or more persons and the benefits include sick leave,partial and total disablement benefit and pension.

My contribution goes to the ESIC office regularly. My query is that my father is dependent, and he has received "private hospital treatment." Following the doctors' advice, I have obtained reports such as MRI, x-ray, etc. Can I receive reimbursement from the ESIC office for these expenses as part of dependent benefits?
