Hi Spectrain! Just like to ask for advice. You see, I've been in training for 4 years now, but my exposure is on Facilitation. I don't have any exposure in training design before I joined my present company. And now, I am in charge of doing training designs, and I am really having a hard time crafting my objectives and deciding what topics to include. Right now, I am doing a lot of readings with the aid of references from the internet. I would like to hear your suggestions on very good websites where I can get a lot of good information.
