Dear sir, this problem is common in all offices. There must be strict rules to be followed by both genders. First and most importantly, there should be a dress code. The attire must not be vulgar, especially for females; it should be sober and elegant.
There should be strict rules, such as immediate termination from the job if anyone is found guilty of sexual harassment, irrespective of seniority and designation. Unwelcome remarks and behaviors against women are strictly prohibited. Parties on the office premises must be banned.

Addressing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Are you talking about the sexual harassment of women only? What about the sexual harassment of men in the workplace? What about sexually insulting or demeaning remarks towards men by women in the workplace? Most likely, women are part of the panel and hardly take any interest in it.
