Hi All,

What is the difference between a guaranteed bonus and MBO? We have signed an agreement with an organization (we are an HR consulting company) which specifies the following: Annual gross remuneration includes salary, guaranteed bonuses, and allowances. However, they have Management by Objectives (MBO) in the payslip. I do not find the term guaranteed bonus. Are a guaranteed bonus and Management by Objectives (MBO) one and the same?

Regards,

Guaranteed Bonus and MBO are not the same thing, but this company might be using both terms interchangeably. Here is a link which can help you understand MBO in detail: https://www.citehr.com/288027-what-mbo.html. I'm sure it will be of assistance.
