You are talking about the leave policy. Every company follows a different leave policy based on company policy and the type of company (Public Ltd / Pvt Ltd / Partnership / Proprietorship).

Our Company Leave Policy

During Probation Period: NA for Leave

Upon Completion of Probation: Will get 2 days of paid leave per month

Total Leave: 22 days (including CL/EL)

Long Leave: 7-10 DAYS (If proper approval is obtained from your HOD/HR)

I would like to suggest that you first ask your management which kind of leave they would prefer for their employees, and based on that, you can create a policy. I hope this information helps.
