Hi Ashok, thanks a lot. What I am looking for is to have all employees' leave details in one Excel sheet. I want to share this Excel sheet with all employees so that it helps us to check and also aids in preparing salary slips.

Hi Ms. Shobha, I am working in a private company as a shop establishment. I have seen your attached salary slip, but I would like to understand the calculation of ESI and PF. Could you please do the needful? For example, if an employee is receiving a sum of Rs. 7000 as take-home pay, how do we calculate the salary from basic, HRA, ESI, PF, etc.? Please do the needful.
