Hi, I want to check if anyone is using role-specific appraisal and KRA forms. I have only seen standard forms filled out by employees from top to bottom. I am planning to suggest a role-based KRA document format and a review rating calculator for my company. Please let me know if any of you are already using this. If yes, it would be great if you could share some templates and your experiences with me.
