What is the best way in which we can incorporate our organisation in Mumbai? We came across the following options and would like to know which will be best for us and the pros and cons surrounding the,
1. Create a partnership deed and register it somewhere (maybe ROC)
2. Create a "GUMUSTA" i.e. register the business under Bombay Shop & Establishment Act 1948
3. Create an LLP
4. Create a private limited firm
Will appreciate you advice. Also, would love if you could also guide us to the people who can help us go forward in this process.
