Dear Team,
I am not from the HR field, and therefore, I would like to study the compensation and benefits structures of various companies. I kindly request you to provide me with the structure, questionnaires, articles, and related information on how I should proceed with my study.
I am hopeful that the team will assist me in this endeavor.
Thank you.

Dear Sadhna as per rules EL will be 1 EL for every 20 days worked. More over the it changes between companies. Some companies offers even more EL but should not be lesser than the Act. Regards

Dear Sood,
There is no such formula for the yearly calculation of Privileged leaves. However, under the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954, it is 5 days of leave for every completed 4 months of continuous service. In some companies, it is generally 1 leave for every completed 20 days of continuous service and sometimes more. The EL/PL are not constant for all companies; it differs from industry to industry.
