Dear SSM,

The checklist seems good... But who will do this and what is the periodicity you fixed for it? I think it's the safety officer's responsibility to do it on a daily basis and sign on the paper. I understand the same from the document. However, it should not be the sole job of a safety officer. Let's do our part only and let others do their roles. Your job finishes when you create such a checklist. Furthermore, it's up to the health professionals in your company, maybe a compounder or nurse. Let the Medical Officer be accountable for ensuring things are in order. Let him and his supporting staff handle the checking and signing in this document.

Regarding the periodicity, I suggest fixing it once a week or after every use for emergencies. It's not useful to increase the workload in a way that makes it only paperwork.

This is my suggestion only.
