Thank you for your response. Your comments are really valuable. I also wanted to know different ways a fresher can get a job and different ways through which experienced candidates can get a job. You rightly said that in the present scenario, to get a good job is merely a combination of reference and luck. But if a person is very talented but not that social, then?
