Dear Neha, If your company employs 20 or more than 20 persons drawing salary less than Rs. 15,000/- p.m., the provisions of ESI Act are applicable to your company. Regards, Anil Kulkarni.

Employees who are earning more than 15,000 per month can be covered under the Employees' Compensation Act as they will not be covered under the ESI Act. Both Acts can be applicable in an industry. Kindly advise.
