for best employee we are having following criterion....from each branch each BM first recommend 2employees from their branch basing on the parameters like attitude, job knowledge, discipline, punctuality etc. after that hr 's rating is done. these parameters are assessed in 1-10point scale. after combining these ratings of BM & Hr highest average scorer get the "Best Employee" of the month award.
