I’m doing my training in one of the leading stock broking houses. They have 90-degree appraisal. So can anyone tell me what is 90-degree performance appraisal and what is its format?

90 degrees = one-person review (self or another, e.g., the boss)
180 degrees = two-person review (self and boss)
270 degrees = three-person review (self, boss, and peers or direct reports)
360 degrees = four-person review (self, boss, peers, and direct reports)
