Hi Friends,

Here, I am posting a good "Daily Attendance Sheet Format" that helps in calculating the daily attendance of employees in small firms. You simply need to input 1 for present days, c-offs, and 0.5 for half-days accordingly. For beneficial leaves, manual calculation is required. Please refer to the Legend for each type of beneficial leaves, offs, holidays, absences, etc. This sheet will surely be helpful to everyone.

Microsoft Excel is designed in such a way that it can calculate everything and anything. In your current format, you have used manual calculations. Instead, you should use formulas to obtain the results. It would be beneficial for you to focus on improving your Excel skills.

Dear Ameeta,

Coming late is a common problem with the staff. Just observe for a week who all fall into this category of coming late and point it out whenever they arrive late at the office! Ask them the reason for being late. If you do this regularly, one day they will start coming on time. It doesn't matter if they are running late; one has to be punctual in their daily routine. Initially, you may feel uncomfortable pointing it out repeatedly, but this is the only way to deal with latecomers.

Dear Viral,

Very nice format, only missing those who came late (late mark) in regular time. For example, 3 LM is a 0.5 deduction. This is useful for Corporate, for Production & factory need to update. Nice one.
