Hope all are doing good.
Need some help from you.... Can you pls forward me some sample Score Cards for the following:
1. Finance function
2. HR function
3. Marketing / Sales function
These typically would become the Head of Functions Score Card which will be then cascade down.
I know I am jumping the gun as these Score Cards will actually cascade from the Organisational Score Card... so, if anyone can help me out with an Organisational Score Card which then cascades to the respective functional Score Cards, it would be even greater!!
