Managing Employee Benefits and Health Insurance: HR Executives Typical Day-to-Day Tasks - CiteHR

Hi Friends, Happy New Year to all. I work for a BPO as a customer care executive, and I have an interview for an HR executive position on Monday. Please help me understand what a typical day for an HR executive would be like with the following job description.

Job Responsibilities

- Issuance of appointment letters to selected employees and maintenance of the employee database.
- Documentation for new joiners.
- Additions and deletions of employees for PF/Insurance purposes.
- Maintenance of employees' leave and other HR-related records.
- Employee joining and relieving formalities.
- Coordinating with the Bank Relationship Manager for opening salary accounts for employees.
- Preparing Employee Record Files for each employee and updating details in the master HR database.
- Issuance of experience letters, salary certificates, address proof letters, etc., to employees.
- Issuance of relieving and experience letters on the relieving date.
