Dear All,

Can you please help me in drafting an email for the employee holiday list? In my company, we send out emails to employees listing the holidays. For example:
1. Hindu employees will have these holidays... followed by the applicable holiday list.
2. Muslim employees will have these holidays... followed by the applicable holiday list.
3. Christian employees will have these holidays... followed by the applicable holiday list.

I do not want to continue writing these individual lists. Please suggest what I should do.

Simply write, Dear all: Attached is the holiday list for calendar year 2011. attach excel spreadhsheet Regards, Ghanshyam

Please understand that there will be only one holiday list applicable to the company. We cannot declare a holiday for every employee based on caste or community. It is understood that your company policy is framed based on the community.
