Dear Sir,
I had submitted my documents to withdraw my PF three months ago. However, my name is Vikas, and my PF account is under the name Vikas Choudhary. Please advise me on the process to change my name and withdraw my PF. Both my documents and account are registered under the name Vikas. Could you please inform me about the form I need to fill out to change my name in the PF? Kindly suggest the procedure for the same.
