Can anyone update me? Now we don't have any requirement to deduct the welfare fund amount of ₹5 from employees who are earning ₹15,000 per month or above, as per the amended Welfare Act. Is this true or not? Please help me.

You must be aware that the Labour Welfare Fund Act is not a central Act. Therefore, please clarify under which State Labour Welfare Fund Act you are referring to in your query.
