I believe new employees may not give you the exact picture, so you can ask the employees who are at least six months old in the system about how they felt when they were inducted into the company.
Questions can be on how they were received on the first day, induction scheduled, lunch on the first day, introducing to colleagues, supervisor, workplace, stationery, etc. First impression is the best impression, so as HR, we need to make the new joinees' first impression the best one.
