Gratuity Act Update: Will States Issue Their Own Notifications or Follow the Central Government?


I have just read on this site that the Central Government has issued the revised Gazette notification of the Gratuity Act. Will the same be sent to states, or will the states re-issue the notification to the institutions?

not possible to know the effective date of gratuity ammended even i registerd u r formalties.very lengthy and confusing procedure. sk gandhi
