Hi everybody! This is Bindu, and I would like to know if a creative HR resume works in the Indian market for shortlisting. If yes, how can I send a creative resume to a company, i.e., by mail or by post? One more important thing, I would like to know different ways to find jobs for freshers in MNCs (IT). I posted my resume on Monster, but I find jobs for experienced candidates only in good companies. Please let me know the way to find a job for freshers.
