I am conducting a comparative study of salary structures in the pharmaceutical industry. To begin, our focus is on the HR department.

I would like to invite posts from all those who are working in the pharma industry to mention the kinds of salaries they are offering at various levels. For example: Executive - HR, Assistant HR, Officer HR, Assistant Manager HR, Manager, Senior Manager, General Manager, Head. Also, please include the amount of experience required for each designation.

Hi,

I would also be grateful for insights on the salary structures in the Pharma and healthcare industries. The Kelly Services Salary Survey of 2007 has been shared in this forum, but I believe it does not encompass information specific to the pharma/healthcare sectors.
