Dear All, As per the statutory requirement, all employers registered under ESIC have to submit Form 1(A) under 10C before 31/01/2010. Find the attached form. ESIC is planning to issue Smart Cards to all in association with Wipro Technologies. We should take initiative and support them as government people are upgrading after a long time.
