Dear All,

Can anyone please provide the latest HR jargons used in present-day HR?

For example, the word "Recruitment" is now termed as "Talent Acquisition," and "Joining and other formalities of a new joinee" are now referred to as "Employee Engagement."

Regards,

Employee satisfaction is termed as employee delight, induction/orientation is termed as socialization, team-based activity as SGA, job analysis becomes competency profiling (some people may differ), and training becomes competency development.
