I need information on the Employee Referral Scheme. I would like to know the approximate slab rates at which the referral bonuses are availed with respect to the experience level, any additional bonuses offered, and the type of scheme used to achieve better results.

Dear All,

1. .Net professionals with 3 to 7 years of experience
2. .Net PM - 8 years+ of experience
3. J2EE with WebSphere/WebLogic on either Banking or Insurance or Media or XSCM domain. Experience of 3 years and above.
4. QA professionals who have CMMi implementation experience. 3 to 7 years of experience.
5. Test Leads with 6 years and above.
