Please let me know if there is any policy or draft available in IT companies for late hours work for women or female employees.

You can't take work from a woman after 7 o'clock in the evening. If it is urgent, you should inform her first and provide double payment. You can't require any employee to work more than 48 hours in a week.

Dear Prashanth, please dont build up a culture wherin your employees feel sad and conmstipated.. we should realise that employees hav thier personal space after office too..

Please refer to your state government guidelines for employing women after 7:00 PM. In Haryana, you have to apply separately to get such permission, and that is based on the precautionary measures that a company has to take.
