Nice to look at and read.... Wanted to ask the experienced people in the field, "Is PD done to uplift the bad/depressed mood of participants?" Assuming that we have some proportion of negativity in everyone... What I thought was that PD is to target each personality as it exists and work on improving or further improving that... Please could you answer!! Take care

Sir, this one is really good. If you would have added the need/necessity of personality development, it would have been exceptionally well. Also, the first few slides you could have used to introduce the topic. Otherwise, it's very good.
